Cancellation and Refund Policy for Private courses

MyTechbestfriend has the following cancellation and refund policy for all instructor led Bootcamps and services. Please ensure that you fully understand these terms and conditions before you register for our camps and services.

Student Application Refund Policy:

The student is entitled to a full refund within 48 hours after registering. After 48 hours, the student then becomes eligible for a 50% refund of their tuition fee or deposit. After 7 days have passed from booking, Student is no longer eligible for a refund. If in the event student has to withdraw their application after being granted acceptance, student may not be able to apply for future cohorts and/or services unless proven emergency.

DEPOSITS ARE FULLY REFUNDABLE IF YOUR APPLICATION IS DENIED.

Any dispute with students bank after agreeing to these terms and conditions will be used to challenge students dispute and student will be banned from registering from any future services and/or Bootcamps with Mytechbestfriend. Legal action can be taken against students who file disputes with their bank on payments made to Mytechbestfriend. Wrongful disputes against Mytechbestfriend will be reported to all 3 credit bureaus and will reflect on credit report.
Mytechbestfriend will also report dispute to collection agency and student will have to repay Mytechbestfriend the disputed amount.
